Juanita obtained her LLB degree from the University of Pretoria in 2007 and served her articles at Swanepoel Kruger Attorneys. Juanita was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2009 where after she worked in both the private and corporate sector before joining Malan & Hitge Attorneys in 2014. Juanita has extensive experience in Magistrate’s and High Court litigation, family law and credit law.  Juanita holds a certificate in Civil Mediation and is the driving force behind our office in Cape Town.
