Francois obtained his LLB degree from the University of Pretoria in 2006 and served his articles at Tiaan Joubert Attorneys. Francois was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2008 where after he joined TC Hitge Incorporated before opening Malan & Hitge Attorneys in 2012. Francois has extensive experience in Magistrate’s and High Court litigation, family law, commercial law and medical negligence claims.  He holds qualifications as a certified Fraud Examiner registered with both the International and South African Chapter of Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, Medical Law and Tourism Business Management.  Francois is the driving force behind our head office in Pretoria.
